Program

The Muskogee District Program concentrates on Training, Camping, Advancement, Events and Activities, Civic Service, District Recognition, and the OA Ossahatchee Chapter.

Program is the most important part of scouting. Without a quality scouting program and events, youth would not participate.  Volunteers make the program happen.
