The Yellow Jacket District Offers Training to all Scout leaders.  Training consists of Fast Start, New Leader Essentials and Leader Specific Training. Fast Start is available on CD and online http://olc.scouting.org/info/csfs.html. New Leader Essentials and Leader Specific Training is available through training classes.
