Merit Badge Registration

Scoutmasters and Crew Leader's are able to register their Scouts for merit badge classes and other programs online. Troops are encouraged to register for camp and reserve campsites as early as possible. Campsite reservations must be received in the Chattahoochee Council Service Center prior to requesting a user name and password for online merit badge registration.

Online Registration will be available soon. Check back at a later date.

ONLINE REGISTRATION HELP GUIDE

Getting Setup

Step 1:
Go to www.chattahoochee-bsa.org.Click on “Online Registration” under the Camp Lumpkin Section.

Step 2:
Type in your User ID & Password

Step 3:
Find Account Management on the left hand side of the screen and click on My Account.
You will need to update the information with the Unit Leader (i.e. Scoutmaster) who will be in charge at Summer Camp.
MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD.

Step 4:
Find Registration on the left hand side of the screen and click on Unit Contacts. You will need to update the information for the Unit Leader(s) who are the contacts for your Troop regarding Summer Camp. These individuals do not necessarily have to attend Summer Camp, they could be just the Leader in charge of Summer Camp planning (i.e. Camping Chairman).

Step 5:
Now it is time to register Youth for camp. Click on Youth under Registration. Fill in the information for each youth that you know is attending Summer Camp. You can come back to this step every time a youth signs up for Summer Camp.

Step 6:
You will need to register the Adults for camp. Repeat Step 5 but replace "Youth" and "Adult".

Scheduling Youth & Adults

Once you complete Steps 1-6 above you can start scheduling youth and adults for summer camp.

Step 1:
Start by clicking on Schedule Youth under Schedules on the left hand side of the screen.

Step 2:
Using the drop down menus choose the appropriate week and choose the Scout that you wish to schedule classes for.

Step 3:
You are now ready to schedule classes (referred to as "Activities"). Use the drop down menu under Activity and choose the appropriate classes and then click Add. Some classes may have reached their limit. If so, choose a different class section.

Step 4:    Continue this process for all Scouts attending camp.
