Dining HallCamp Frank G. Lumpkin Jr. is a part of the Chattahoochee Council Scout Reservation. It is located approximately 15 miles northwest of LaGrange, Georgia, on beautiful West Point lake. The reservation is on the property formerly known as the Autry Day Use Facility, which was managed by the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers. Now it is home to the Chattahoochee Council camping program and hosts our summer camp each year.
 

 
CAMP JAMES G. GALLANT
 
Camp GallantCamp James G. Gallant, our first camping facility on West Point Lake, was dedicated to the memory of James G. Gallant on April 16, 1983 during the first spring camporee to be held on the property. A dream of Mr. Gallant and Abe Tipton, it has become a favorite short term camping facility with Scouts and Scouters through out the Council and has hosted numerous camporees, council events, and training courses. The camp consists of over 300 acres with 28 campsites, a boat ramp and dock, and a 600 seat amphitheatre.
 
 
  

 
CAMP PINE MOUNTAIN
 
Camp Pine MountainCamp Pine Mountain is located approximately 1 mile south of the city of West Point, Georgia, off State Road 103. One of the oldest Boy Scout camps in the nation, Camp Pine Mountain offers cabins as well as primative camping site.  Recently renovated the camp now has a modern bath house with private showers with hot water. The camp is the permier camping facility for Cub Scout family camping.
